Interesting study in the Annals of Internal Medicine

From Harvard: Low-Carbohydrate Diets and All-Cause and Cause-Specific Mortality: Two Cohort Studies

Large sample size, long term… very interesting.

I know that many complex-carbs are responsible for our weight loss. Now… don’t get white sugar and white flour confused with the term “complex carbs.”

Complex carbs are whole foods. Unprocessed. Calorie dilute. Yummy.

I’m talking brown rice, whole grain flours, interesting grains, beans, fruits, veges. Foods in their natural forms.

So, this study didn’t come as a surprise to us. Of course you’ll live longer, enjoy life, and just feel better when you eat foods your body was designed to process efficiently.
