Chocolate Chip Cookies!

After my husband’s heart attack, cookies were a problem. Most are made with a ton of Crisco, lard, or oil. Those are no-nos for him.

So, to keep his cholesterol where his cardiologist wanted it, I had to come up with a cookie that was not only good, but was oil free.

After much experimentation, we came up with this:

These guys are 100 percent whole grain, oil free, dairy and egg free, and 100 percent AWESOME. Better yet, I made them using our own Mix recipe so they were super fast.
