A Plant Based Thanksgiving

Yup. Talk about deprivation. We prepared pumpkin filled with a wild rice stuffing, maple baked beans, cranberry relish, yummy salad, and sesame seed crackers with cheeze. Here’s the pic.

 

 

 

 

 

Of course, no Thanksgiving is complete without pie.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The whipped cream turned out especially good.
