1.5 cups garbanzo beans (unsalted) (drained)
6 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/3 cup roasted red pepper (from a jar, skin on/off doesn’t matter)
4 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Place everything in a food processor and mix until blended well. This is my all time favorite potato topper and WOW… is it good.
