We don’t talk about high carb/low carb, high fat/low fat diets around here much. As far as I’m concerned, I like to focus on whole food, plant based, fun nutrition.
However, when this study was released earlier this week, I figured it was worth a look. I know you can lose weight on a low carb diet… lots of weight, but I’ve often wondered about long term cardiovascular risk. After all, we began this adventure as a way to deal with the after effects of my husband’s heart attack ten years ago.
