So, there are more people that are choosing the same type of diet that we advocate here at plant based chefs, for health reasons.

A whole foods, plant-based diet can protect and improve health. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains are nutrient-dense, meaning they provide vitamins, minerals and fiber but tend to be low in calories.
